Our winery begins in our own vineyards in Kakheti, where each season teaches us something new. The vine is part of our daily life: we care for it, we wait, we observe. Harvest begins only when the grapes reach full maturity, and the wine is allowed to evolve at its own rhythm guided by time rather than urgency.

For us, qvevri is not only tradition — it is a philosophy shaped by experience, teaching patience, structure, and depth. Each batch is crafted with personal involvement, from vineyard to bottle, preserving the integrity of both fruit and place.

8,000 years belong to history — our role is to give that history form and a future.

Today, our wines are present in several European markets, carrying with them the same narrative — one of land, craftsmanship, and time. Each bottle reflects the character of its harvest and the responsibility we feel toward a winemaking culture that spans millennia.

In Tbilisi’s Vera district, at 38 Erekle Tatishvili Street, we have opened our own wine bar and shop — a space we arranged ourselves. Here, guests taste the wines alongside the winemaker, in an intimate setting where each vintage reveals its distinct character.
